Will You Ship An Item Internationally or overnight?

At this time all items are shipped to the United States only, no exceptions are made.

Unless specifically noted on the item listing page, overnight shipping is not offered - for an additional fee or otherwise.

Will you accept a lesser amount for an item you have listed?

In short, no. Most items are listed as both Buy-It-Now and auction formats, giving buyers the flexibility to buy the item outright or pay what the market determines. If an item does not sell, it will be relisted as a potentially lower price or returned.

In the event an item has the "Make Offer" option enabled, a lower price may be considered.

How long do I have to pay for an item once I have won an item?

For Buy-It-Now items, immediate payment is required. PayPal is currently the only payment method accepted.

For auction items, you have 4 days before a non-paying bidder case is opened. After this is opened, you have 4 days to pay for the auction before a non-paying bidder strike is assessed to your eBay account and the item is re-listed for sale. Payment terms are listed on all listings.

You will be barred from purchasing items from Spiralfive in the future if you fail to pay for an item.

When will I receive feedback from you?

Feedback is automatically given once you have left feedback. This should take no longer than a few minutes to show up. If feedback does not show up, please don't hesitate to contact support regarding the issue.

Can any device be activated on Page Plus?

Almost any Verizon branded device sold by Spiralfive can be used with Page Plus. Activation is free with your purchase. The ESN/MEID must be clear in order for the device to be activated.

GSM devices, or devices made for AT&T or T-Mobile, will not work with Page Plus due to differences in technology. Some Verizon 4G devices may not work with Page Plus service.

Are ESN/MEID numbers verified on listings?

Unless noted otherwise ("Bad ESN"), all ESN/MEID's are double-checked to be clear before being sent to the customer. Devices are checked once before being listed, then again before being packaged and mailed.

While highly unlikely, it is possible for a device's ESN status to change after being verified. If this occurs and the customer is unable to activate the device on the intended network, a refund will be processed for the device (after return of device and verification).

What are the terms of the 14-day return policy?

If a device does not function as described within 14-days of being received, a refund may be issued for the original purchase price. If applicable, this will be noted in the item description. Almost all devices sold include the 14-day guarantee. On certain new or pre-paid items, no refund may be given once the item has been opened. Please refer to the manufacturers warranty in these cases.

Neglect, abuse, or other reasons such as buyers remorse are not covered by this guarantee. The device must be received along with all original accessories and be in similar condition before a refund is granted.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Insurance is highly recommended, but not required. Non-defective returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount.

Will you provide an ESN/MEID for verification prior to checkout?

For security purposes, ESN/MEID's are not provided prior to checkout.
